As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. This email will include your tracking number and a link to follow your parcel’s journey.
Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear depending on the carrier.

Didn’t Receive a Tracking Email
If you have not received your tracking email within 2 business days of placing your order, please check:

Tracking Not Updating
Sometimes tracking may pause or show no movement for a short period. This is normal and usually resolves once the parcel reaches the next scan point.
If tracking has not updated for more than 5 business days, contact us and we will investigate with the carrier.
Delivery Times
Delivery times vary depending on your location:
United Kingdom: 2–5 business days European Union: 2–7 business days International: 2–11 business days
These timeframes begin once your order has been shipped.
