How Our Gift Cards Work

Our gift cards are delivered digitally by email. There is no physical card sent in the post. The email will contain a unique code that can be used at checkout.

Gift cards can be used on any product in our store.

Available Amounts

We offer a range of values to suit every budget. Choose the amount that works best for your occasion.

How to Redeem

At checkout, enter your gift card code in the discount or gift card box. The value of the card will be applied to the order total.

If the order total is higher than the gift card balance, the remaining amount can be paid using any other payment method.

If the order total is lower, the remaining balance stays on the card for future use.

Expiry

Our gift cards do not expire. They can be used at any time.

Can Gift Cards Be Refunded

Gift cards are non‑refundable once purchased. If you have any questions before buying, feel free to contact us.

Lost or Missing Gift Card Emails

If you or the recipient cannot find the gift card email, contact us at:

Include the name or email used at checkout and we will resend the code.

Buying a Gift Card for Someone Else

If you are purchasing a gift card for someone else, simply forward the gift card email to the recipient. They can then use the code whenever they are ready.
